The module performs a rapid legal risk assessment of a submitted document, flags potentially unfair terms and drafts a complaint, notice or objection.
What it does
- identifies the type of document and the applicable regime;
- flags terms creating a significant imbalance;
- calculates the applicable deadlines;
- prepares a document for the citizen to sign.
Limits
The audit is not legal advice and does not replace a lawyer’s judgement. For complex cases the system refers the user to a pro bono lawyer under an objective methodology.
Oversight
The algorithms and the methodology are supervised by the Pro Bono Expert Council.
